The short version
- We only use strictly necessary cookies, plus one setting saved in your browser to remember your cookie choice.
- We don’t use advertising, analytics or social media cookies, and no third parties set cookies through our site.
- You can change your choice any time with .
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, like your browser’s local storage, work in much the same way. Sites use them to remember things between page loads, such as keeping a form secure or remembering a setting.
2. Cookies we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| syn_session | Strictly necessary · first-party cookie | Keeps job application forms and the admin dashboard secure (CSRF protection), and keeps admins signed in. It’s set only when you open a job application form or sign in. | Until you close your browser |
| syn_consent | Strictly necessary · local storage | Remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask on every page. | 12 months |
Strictly necessary cookies don’t require consent, because the site can’t work properly without them. They aren’t used for advertising or to track you on other sites.
3. Optional cookies
We don’t currently use any analytics or marketing cookies. Our cookie settings include those categories so that, if we ever add them, they stay off by default and only turn on if you choose. If we add a new tool, we’ll list it here first.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional cookies stay off and can’t be turned on from our settings.
4. Third parties
No third-party cookies are set through stusyn.com. Our fonts and scripts are hosted on our own server. If you follow a link to another site, like TikTok, LinkedIn or a brand partner, that site’s own cookie policy applies.
5. How to control cookies
- Use on this site.
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, job application forms may not work.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or with an extension.
