About the role
Syndicate is an independent holding studio that incubates startups from ideas. As a Studio Operator, you'll work directly with founder Grady Davis to test new ideas, launch the ones that work and, when the time is right, run one.
What you’ll do
- Research and pressure-test new company ideas
- Run fast validation tests using Syndicate's channels
- Build launch plans with Syndicate Marketing
- Set up operations, tools and reporting for new companies
What you’ll bring
- You've started, launched or scaled something yourself
- Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution
- Strong judgment with numbers and customers
- You want to run a company someday
Nice to have
- Background in e-commerce, marketing or creator media
